By accessing or purchasing from ybbok.ca, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ybbok.ca and the purchase of products offered by YBBOK, a company incorporated in Canada. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms in full.

2. Products

All products sold by YBBOK are designed for everyday personal use, including commuting to and from work. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications at any time without notice. YBBOK products are not intended for racing or competitive performance use.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST depending on your province). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. YBBOK reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Shipping

YBBOK ships within Canada and the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. YBBOK is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. International orders outside of Canada and the USA are not accepted at this time.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.

In exceptional cases where a return is approved at the sole discretion of YBBOK, a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will be applied. Approved returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. YBBOK reserves the right to deny any return request.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ybbok.ca — including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of YBBOK and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

YBBOK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPEDA.
